Alison Peterson is an Indigenous children's author and a proud member of the Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation. She writes children’s books in the Anishinaabe language, blending cultural storytelling with language preservation. A student at Trent University, Alison is also a talented beadwork artist who creates vibrant Indigenous art. She is the wife of Death Before Dishonor author Martin Peterson and the proud mother of Robert, Joshua, and Connor.
